Hello,

My name is Ian Jablonowski, I currently maintain a site called http://www.22pixels.com - 22Pixels . I have had a project in the back of my head for sometime now, which has finally surfaced and is going to be worked on over the next few months.

I am gathering a small team of about 4 People or so, locals mostly. But because the artist will not be involved with programming their location does not make a difference.

The project for now is called Pixelpede, a combination of the word Pixel, and Centipede.

Pixelpede is an online image editor. There have been millions of these made before, but there are things that the team has accomplished that have never been seen before in these standards. Most of these ideas are in use already, but none will be revealed untill the application hits the public. I've bought the domain Pixelpede.com.

Now we need a Pixel Artist to create some nice icons for a http://www.newtutorials.com/toolbar/toolbar.gif - toolbar , and some general purpose icons like "new," "delete," and some others which will remain unnamed.

Every page we have a footer will include a link to your portfolio, as well as the portfolio of the other members of the team, with credit pointing to you as the pixel artist.

If I can afford to, or do generate profit from this application (which I am planning on), I will try my best to work out some sort of pay.

Although I can handle myself well with graphic design, I know the skill required to create images such as these found on the site, and I know there are people out there that can do this with beauty. If you are interested, you can send me an email to switch@22pixels.com, or AIM at TwentyTwoPixels.

Major development is in place for Winter Vacation, the weeks before Christmas, and early January is when we expect to polish it up.

Again, you can send me an email to switch@22pixels.com, please include samples of your work or a link to your portfolio in the email, thanks.
