My Algebra teacher called my "Dad" and told him how I 'misbehave' in
class. So he decides to lecture me on how to behave correctly, then
asks where my Algebra book is. Of course, he asked this about 20 times
throughout the course thus far, and I had already replied with "We
aren't assigned books". So, being tired of repeating myself, I scream.
He gets pissed off and starts running towards me, so I kick him in the
stomach (I'm sitting on the stairs and he's on the ground). He gets up,
picks me up and throws me on the ground. I roll, Jump up, Push him
down. He grabs my shirt and brings me down with him, and tries to get
on top of me. I kick him off, and he tackles me and starts grabbing my
hand and my hair (Pansy much?). I grab his wrist and start cutting into
it with my fingers, trying to cut off his circulation. I also grab his
neck, and he screams "LET GO OF ME!" (He's such an idiot.) Then he
let's go of me, so I flip (it's on the carpet.. So I can do that), and
jump up. He yells at me and tells me to leave. I run towards the door,
Unlock it, and then stick my arm out. He rams himself into the door,
with my arm still in the doorway and yells at me for leaving. So now it
feels as if my arm is permanently damaged.

Go to the hospital/doctor if you need to and stop misbehaving in class.
Teachers don't just say you're misbehaving if you aren't, usually. And if you don't think you were, it doesn't really matter because the teacher gets to call the shots and you've just got to deal with that.
I never got in trouble in school because I never saw a reason to get in trouble. I just did what was asked of me and if I needed help I asked for it.
If you get in trouble and you don't think you deserved it... just deal with it and get over it. It's not like punishment or anything like that lasts forever. Accept it and move on.
I don't know what you did in your Algebra class so I don't know if your Dad was right in attempting to give you a good wack. Although I don't really condone violence much, I do think a well placed slap now and then can get the message through to a particularly hardheaded kid. Yeah, your Dad did more than that but... that probably wouldn't have happened if you hadn't have hit him.
If he makes it a habit to hurt you badly and does it often for small reasons like forgetting to do the dishes, I would talk to your school counselor about it. I can't tell whether this situation is abuse or not because I don't know what you did in your Algebra class or if this is a frequent occurance with you. It is possible that your dad was having a very bad day and you constantly misbehave and he lost his temper and got carried away. Since I don't have both sides of the story, I can't really say either way.
But... for the large part, from my standpoint, I think that you just need to put some ice on it, go do your homework, and learn not to mouth off to your parents.
No offense intended.
Edit: Oh, and if your arm was permanently damaged, you probably wouldn't be typing, you'd be screaming.
