I think some references would help you see the problem; proportions are off, I see right off the bat, and the buttons are probably colored IRL as well.

Yes, proportions are off and its not as detailed as it could be. The background and the siggy are not serving any purpose (www.iaza.com). It can be saved so just improve it some.
