Hi, there is my new project... Face in side view... please CandC  I think there is some problem with shading... |

Its certainly not bad! The lighting seems to be in order. You might want to up the contrast a little though. Try adding a few darker flesh tones around the ear towards the back neck, and near the upper part of the eye. The skull cap might need more highlights as well.
