Attention everyone! I would like to start a weekly trivia with ranks and all stuff. Actually it won't be only trivia. Funny stuff. First I would like to know what you think and how many would participate. Questions and suggestions are welcome :D Thanks. |

for example. there will be questions like: when was Einstein born. what country has this flag. what is the capital of Indonesia. who won the world cup in 2002. decode from binary to decimal. who is in this picture. things like that. if you know it, it's ok. if not, search google or use calculators or whatever :) It will be a fun competition. i made it in another forum as well and it was very very fun. everyone liked it :) hope more people will join. |

not only google. other stuff too. it is much fun really. who gets the answer first :D believe me. i played AND i hosted such a thing. it is so much fun. you also have to say capitals, decode, whatever :D |

the point is that its not trivia... trivia is about what you know, not on how fast you can find the answer... you are talking about a scavenger hunt, not trivia

gokuhssj3, you're putting up a good fight, but these guys just won't change their minds. Personally i doubt it would be incredibly popular, but you could always just start it out and see how it goes, you never know who might come along bored out of their minds and see the thread. I know, but I was just saying that those are better questions that weren't that searchable. I don't know if you know the magazine 'Quest', but recently it's holding contests for prizes. One of these contests was quess the picture. There were questions like 'what is the name of this dinosaur'. It took me a while to know most of the awnsers and the ones I didn't know were almost impossible to search for. I really had to ask people if they knew the awsers before I got all the awnsers. ( I never won anything )
But there don't have to be questions like guess the picture. There can be puzzles like Sudoku puzzles or riddles too.
I think he should at least try this, but he has to get some good questions together first.
