I usually get my inspiration after a watching movie or reading a book.
And music really helps, find yourself a good piece of music that resembles the inspiration you have and play it while pixeling. It works with me

idk why but whenever i listen to muse i just seem to lose my seriousness thus inspiration just comes flowing into me also i go to /c/ for inspiration on cute things and anime pixel art and i meditate occaisonally when im really bored, which helps ------------- no siggy |
