I started developing a 2D side-scrolling shooter game, but I am finding it very hard to proceed without a pixel artist. I had a shot at pixel art myself, and I can do a bit, but not much. I just lack substance unlike some of you guys here. This is a homebrew project, but nonetheless one that's very much ambitious.I haven't revealed much here, but if you contact me via PM, on Messenger or on Skype, then I can tell you more about what I have in mind. I'm sorry I don't have much to show you. I've really needed a pixel artist from the start. I did try creating one of the main character sprites though, so here's something for you...http://img170.imageshack.us/my.php?image=trooppreviewbr6.swfSorry that it's uncompressed - about 1.2mb. I could only just do that, and it took ages. I really need a pixel artist if I want this to work. So, feel free to contact me if you can contribute in any way.Edit: I think it's only fair to add a few more details. I only just got an Internet connection recently, so most things I have worked on have been quite private. I'm wanting to team up with a pixel artist or two, and maybe a programmer to make 'Lithium Games'. Of course, given the circumstances we'll start off small. But, if we ever produce anything quite successful and we decided to sell it (the game I'm developing, for example), profits will be shared equally. As for pixel art roles, anything goes really. I need several kinds of art.
