He means a large scale community collaboration project, like The Joint apartment things running here.

just draw a scene with a person, but in large scale it'll take you forever! trust me ;) include a background, middleground, foregound, subject, correct lighting and anatomy and all that art stuff. and make it at LEAST 600x600 pixels big, if not bigger. |
