Can you give me any tips for improvement? This is the best I can do

I think it may be because of the background's lack of detail. If you detailed the background more, or made it transparent, then it would get accepted!

I think it's pretty clear on the reasons and what you should do next.

Yes, that option is for when the rating in the public queue is the main reason the mod declines the submission. However this is usually accompanied with a general lack of quality or some other miscellanious reason.
Anyway, back on topic.

On the back of the building there are lines that skip back and forth between a 1 and 2 pixel gap, as well as real roofs have a bit of overhang instead of stopping right where the wall is.
Also, at first I thought that table was a bed of some sort, maybe put some stuff on it like plates, or some chairs around it.

Your pixel is good and only needs a little fixing. There are areas that your iso lines went off-grid and the color choices are really harsh, saturated and poorly chosen. I'd rather not edit to show you for now. Try recolring using a better palettte and include something that gives it life somehow. A person, a tree, birds, something. Check your lines too, for example, the bottom edge of the trailer. Place the trailer in the ground not on the ground. Really, its all fixable and you should.

My main concern to begin with would be the grass. It is more or less just speckles, random indiscriminate placing of pixels does not constitute pixel art. The piece is definitely fixable and can no doubt get into the gallery. As mentioned palette change so it isn't so bright, I think maybe your monitor settings are off because there seems to be a lot of hard to see colours in the piece, in the table for example. Also that speckle pattern appears elsewhere randomly with very subtle colours was this piece accidentally saved as a jpeg at some stage?

Ok, is this good enough?

the detail lines on the porch need more contrast. i could hardly tell they were there. and the specks on the table make no sense. they just look messy.

You still haven't fixed the bad iso lines on the grey floor, best seen in the corner. On the roof on the 45 degree side all your lines are well put, however on the 90 degree all the lines are scattered in uneven spacing. Other mods may allow it into the gallery but with those serious isometric errors if it comes back...it was me ;)
E: You can't be more detail oriented than when making pixelart.

Well there appears to be nothing I can do about the lines on the roof, I admit to it looking wierd, but how is it possible that on one side is ok but the other isn't?

What you did was start the line above the pixel instead of at an angle, and you went back and forth in between doing that.

See what you did?
Also, the bottom line in that picture is too long... cut it down a pixel.

REMOVE THE SPECS ON THE TABLE!!!!! remove those and i think it will be done.
and dont give up so easily. pixel art takes time. my pieces can last anywhere from a few hours to several weeks. i have seen some peoples work that took 6 months. if you arent willing to put in alot of time, especially while learning, you need to pick a different art form.

I agree, don't give up now, from what I've seen you have good potential.
first rule of pixel art; be patient.
one of my piece, still not done, I started in early 2006. working on it on and off since then.

I like it for an iso overall. The only 2 things that bug me are:
- The specs on the table (as Ens said)
- One of the bottom iso lines that is off:

it's not really off... if you look at the edges of the foundation you can see that it doesn't go all the way to the side of the house. That might not be the best idea, but im pretty sure it works (in iso terms)

I don't get that concept leel, because that problem with the line being off could be fixed if this was not off:

It's pretty good but there are some minor errors. Where the rail on the porch meets the roof there are some white spots in between the gaps.
