I thought of something fun, you can customize this isometric car,
as much as you like and color it in with this pallette,
 .
now go...

I saw that, but thought this may be a bit more challenging since you have a number of colours to work with.

Did you even try to make something yourself with that template? No offense dude, but those colours aren't very well chosen and it seems a bit too challenging to make something good-looking with them. Of course, I might be wrong. Why don't you give us an example of a customized and coloured car made with the template?

I had a good time. Only 5 of the 6 colors.
If you add some minor details it looks ok.

Maybe if you make the pallate more interesting, instead of just overly saturated, people will want to try it.

Working with limitations is challenging. Too many artists don't have the ability to work with hard palettes. It's a challenge far greater than simply restricting your color count. Originally pixel artists worked with terrible and fully saturated palettes. If you never challenge yourself by using a difficult pallet every once in a while you aren't fully developing. Contrary to popular belief, pixel art goes back further than the full spectrum Super Nintendo era.

You consider it challenging. Other people consider it annoying. I guess it just depends on perspective. Not all people are masters at it and they like to work their way up to bigger challenges.

I think it's just the fact that people don't wanna put effort in something with colours that they think don't look good with each other. But you could just as well make a 1-it car of these colours, so... i think people just dont have the imagination to make something out of this, and maybe they don't want another pimp my pixel kind of collab like jalonso already did... a lot of discussion for a collab here, thats for sure

Yeah guys, if you can't take the challenge don't post in the challenge. It's like saying Mt. Everest can't be climbed just because you can't climb it.

A "little person" may not get things from a high shelf without loosing all dignity. Climbing up a store shelf is hardly dignified. Would not the more considerate "little person:" just grow to the hight of the average man to accommodate our set of standards for dignified behavior?

Home Depot is a disgrace to customer service. ACE is a much better company as they are truly "The Helpful Place". You have to beat red vests off you with a stick. In Home Depot you have to hunt down a filthy know nothing person and grab them by the balls to make them stay within a 50 foot radius of any customer.

This was inspired by an 80's cartoon series about robots that transformed into vehicles and stuff.
You may have heard of it, it was called GoBots!
