Hello! My game called Zezenia is really in a deep need of spriters, so I thought a post in here might help.

Some words about the game, so you can all imagine what I am talking about:

It is a 2D MMORPG in 45 degree perspective with quite ok graphics. (That's why we need artist, we want a lot of great graphics ;D) The lightsource comes from north-west.
The game is coded in C++ and supports all Direct3D9, OpenGL and DirectDraw(DirectX7)
Until now it supports WinXP, Win2000 and some Linux distributions, about Vista, no idea.
At the moment it is BETA, technically it is almost done, few bugs left and waiting for the
artists and mappers to finish their work. (Another reason for this post.)
The server is currently a usual computer, but maybe next week a really dedicated server.
The DEVs are a friend of mine and me, both 15 years old.

The mainlanguage is, like in every MMORPG, of course English.
Though we also got a section for each popular language at their forums.
You move with your arrowkeys, to hit a player/monster you gotta rightclick it. To look at something at the screen, you gotta hold ctrl and left click it.
If you want to open a door or a bag, or simply use an item, you gotta rightclick it. Item system works with drag&drop.

The game is in medieval style.

There are 5 classes you can choose from.
Warrior: close combat, fast speed, bad at magic
Ranger: ranged combat, semi-fast speed, quite ok at magic
Wizard: magic combat, slow speed, very good at magic
Tramp: Useless at the moment, DEVs are still thinking how to fix that.
Scout: ranged combat, fast speed, bad at magic

Zezenia has got:
ability to sit down on chairs

weather effects (snow, rain, lightning, fog)

day/night cycle

a lot of monsters

many NPCs, of which everybody has its own personality, lots of talking possibilities

GUI: This is uncomparable. Except for the chat window, you can place EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE.

You may also choose where the gamescreen is, and how transparent your GUI windows are.

choose your client skin

plotfollowing gameactions (whatever you can read in the main plot is going to happen in the game!)

a great (but small ~200 players) community with nice GMs (of course!)

smithing/alchemy/mining/cooking (not 100% done)

group system: you can make a group with unlimited players, also healers and blockers will receive experience(split % going after Level), as long as they see the monster.

nice roleplayatmosphere, who doesn't like sitting in the tavern at a foggy night and drinking beer with a lot of buddies?

invasions: for example if the orcs are bored, they start an invasion on a town! Then it's up to a player to eliminate them!

guilds: everybody can make his own guild and invite as many friends as he wants, every guild can buy a guildhall

outfits: you can choose of 77 colours and 10 different outfit types(5 male, 5 female) though only  at the moment because we are, as I already said in a deep need of artists.

friendlist: you can add unlimited friends(or enemies!) at your friend list to get informed whenever they log in/out

houses: everybody can buy his own house and store his items into it, also like in the temple/church and depot, inside a house of a player, attacking is not possible

depot: everyone can store as many items as he wants to in his depot and pick them up later if he needs them

and the best: EVERYTHING IS 100% FREE

If there are any questions left, feel free to ask me or a staff member at their forums, I am sure the nice community there will answer instantly.

Now, about the job. As said above, we are using 2D with a 3D aspect, a 45° angle view. The best is you look it up for yourself at the screenshots.
As we are both 15 year old and not even able to afford a server on our own, we can unfortunally not even pay a cent to you.

The perspective might be tricky in the beginning, but I am also doing graphics and I can tell you it is easy once you solved it. Also, me and our other artist will help you as much as we can.

I guess that's all, I really hope for your support ;)

Your K-Seppi
