Well there is Devient Art. I personally know little about it but it's an art site for multiple mediums.
You might also try starting a "NPA" topic here but keep in mind that we are mostly pixel artists doing pixel art here. Just make sure if you choose this option you use NPA in the title meaning "not pixel art". And make ONE thread so the forum doesn't loose focus.

You can always post artwork at LoBD, which stands for Land Of Broken Dreams. And you can add to the gallery with any kind of visual art, drawings, photography, pixelart, ect.
