It Started Like This:

Then I Added Dithering (Badly):

Then I Decided I Would Add A Scene (Which half way through i decided i would turn it to night):

Then I Thought "Damn Thats A Bit Too Much For My First Project, Lets Shorten It".. And This Is What I got So Far.. :

On My Last Version I Have Added The Lighting Radius.
I Still Need To Do The Background.
I Need To Finnish His Tent.
And Any Other Things You Lovely Forum Folk May Suggest?

Moderate Critisicm Thanks :P

let me guess... runescape rigth?

the best thing you could do rigth now is to remove all that dithering you've made, finish the whole piece first with colors and shapes defined and then start thinking in a ligthsource and only then, think about adding dithering. dithering is usually used for details and other issues, wich means should be the last step. if someone else could give a more detailed explanation, it would be much apreciated.

well.. it's night.  so just make everything dark, and in the end add the finishing touches by putting highlights to hint at what could be there.

And yeah.. lose the dithering, that's just icky!
