1. Company Info - There is no company, I'm a sole programmer using the Byond software to make a game.
2. Job Info - This job will require a pixel artist of a decent calibur to make a base animated sprites, with states for attacking among other things. Only 32 by 32 pixels or 32 by 64 pixels. Additionally, armor, weapons, for this sprite are part of the job. Now I know I can't expect artists to work insanely hard on a project, so i'm very lenient with work hours. 1 to 2 icons a week would be more than enough to keep me contented.
3. Paid or not? and salary info? - This job is paid, and i'm willing to pay on a per Icon basis. I have no idea what rates I should charge, but i'll give a rough outline, feel free to tell me if it's way off. However, keep in mind the sprite is relatively small. $5 dollars for the base, $1 dollar for each racial recoloring. 40 cents for each weapon or piece of armor made. Additionally there will be a 50 dollars bonus upon completion of this project.
