The template could be nothing more but 2 toned, just enough to show the actual animations. Game Info. Its been a long time since I made a game, so this will be my comeback piece. My last finnished game was about a year and a half ago. This new project is my baby that i have been plotting in my head for a really long time. Nothing here is set in stone, but tell me what you think of what I have so far. Here is what I have so far, I am holding out on the actual game environment because I haven't decide weather to use pixel art or photoshop painted render. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- P.U.R.G.E Genre: post apocalyptic/sci-fi Chapter I: Understanding World History: The year is 2063, after years of searching for an efficient power source, the conglomerate O.C.P discovered what they believed to be an infinite source of energy. While on a routine voyage into outer space, the brave adventurers encountered what seemed to be technology from another race long past. Along with what looked like to be signets of metal. Each signet had enormous amounts of power stored in them. Scientists measured that one signet could power a small country for about 11 years. With this technology they began building, constructing, advancing technology as we knew it. Things that we only fantasied about in video games and story books. Now being able to create intelligent beings that could function and think on their own. Sentinels they called them, they were mechanical beings that had minds of their own. They could work and function as a human would without the inefficiency of being sleepy or needing to rest. This was the beginning of a new era for mankind. This was the era of the sentinels. In the eyes of the public he became a god, changing the way we live and work became with the arrival of the sentinels. The leader of O.C.P, Bartholus Stein saw this as a great opportunity to make a move that would change the fate of this planet as we know it. Running for office, he was practically guaranteed the win due to the publics love for him and what he had done for them. Without a doubt, in the year 2091, he was elected and won by a landslide. This was one of the turning points that lead to what they now call the Genol era. After being appointed as president, Stein created a new rank in his regime called High Minister and quickly gave himself the title. With his new found power, and technology Stein decided that he wanted more. And more he had. With the technology that his company found he was able to create unspeakable weapons of power. Unlike the world had ever seen before. With this he went after the other leading super powers of that time. Like children the apparently weaker countries fell, not standing a chance. They were out numbered and outsmarted by Stein's technology. Quickly, Russia, Germany, Great Britain, France, Israel, China, Korea, Japan, and Australia fell into the hands of Stein. Making him the richest, strongest and most powerful leader the world has ever known. Many years past, and the moral and urban decay raged on. Being war after war between rebels against the regime, Stein implemented a new system of control. By gathering all of his forces in one concentrated area he was able to conform them and keep them conformed after his forces left. Cameras were placed on every street, in every home. A new curfew was placed, that ALL civilians must be inside by 10pm. Whoever didn't comply with this was assumed to be a rebel and executed. Along with the new surveillance he issued guards on every block of every neighborhood to make sure that nobody would dare cross his power again. With the system an the public on lock Stein began to notice that he was deteriorating from old age. So he had his team of scientists develop a suitable Sentinel body for him. His body would die but they would preserver his brain for as long as they could, the team estimated that he could live another 480 years with the current technology. With this new body and unlimited power, Stein became the overlord of the world and all of its forces. With nobody left to stand up to him, and all who did being executed shortly after.
