I've got a few of Cloud's books, you should be able to find them in any major book store for about $20. Here's http://drcloud.deviantart.com/ - his devianART page . Also the http://www.howtodrawmanga.com/ - How To Draw Manga series has some good tutorials. Again about $20 in any major book store.
