Hey,
I just started with pixel art and I have few questions. Which one is easier, isometric or non-isometric? And which one is better for beginner? What should I draw first?

The easiest is the one you wish to make the most.

I don't have something like that. Which art is drawn more, isometric or that non-isometric?

Non-isometric is drawn more. But isometric has more commonly-accepted rules that can help teach the basics to beginners.

Which art is drawn more? Bad question. It's doesn't matter what's drawn more, it matters what is most likely to appeal to you.

If you want you can start by doing an old challenge, or some line art. Check "The lines den" topic to get started, or any of the old challenges.

Welcome and good luck.
