My request is for a set of isometric tanks to use for my game that I'm working on, called "TANX!". I had found a tank, which is pictured below. However I could not get sufficient permission to use it. The owner of the below pictures referred me here, so I'm hoping you can help me.    Images are (C) www.nitrome.comBasically I would like a tank in these viewpoints, and the only strict requirement is that the images be the same resolution as the ones above, which are as follows: (Going in terms of the way the turret is pointing) NW and NE = 48x47, SE and SW = 50x44 If anyone wishes to help, I'll give credit to the artist of the tank(s) that I use within the game. Thank you for taking the time to look at and read this, and Good Luck to the artists who attempt it. EDIT: I have seen the work you do here, and it's magnificent. I can only hope that your submissions will reflect what I have seen. EDIT 2: I know it's only been 2-3 days, but over 30 people have looked at this post, and there's no comments or replies from anyone....even if it's to say that it's not something anyone would do....or if there's a problem with the post....anything....is there a reason for this? |

Heh, I would sprite you some tanks if I had any skills mate :P The reason the post may have so many views is because people just may read a job offer and decide against taking it. *Edit Your post started to itch in the back of my head so I did a tank anyway and so I thought I might aswell post the results.  I know it's not that great but atleast it's an isometric tank :P Kinda went for a desert theme with the pallete. If you wanna use it then email me at exskaka@gmail.com with the colors/theme you want on the tank and I'll sprite for you the other 3 perspectives and possibly clean the image up a little. ------------- Ars longa, vita brevis. |

I will use that one - it looks really good!  However, I will still welcome more entries, as the game has an upgrade system. So I could use someone else's design as an upgraded tank, perhaps. Also, this is a good way for more than one artist to get his name on the credits. Once the game is finished, it will be posted at a game website, http://www.yoyogames.com/ - http://www.yoyogames.com/ When it's done, you'll see another post from me in here, and I'll post the proper link, so that the artists can see the application of their art. |
