This is not what you're looking for but it's very useful in HTML etc.

http://www.cs.niu.edu/~mcintire/490m_580m_downloads/Utilities/palette_with.gif - http://www.cs.niu.edu/~mcintire/490m_580m_downloads/Utilities/palette_with.gif (1700x1700)

E: after googling awhile (still not really what you're looking for)

This generates palettes from pictures (only 5-color palettes)
http://www.colorhunter.com/ - http://www.colorhunter.com/

you need to register tho.

"Recently Active Lovers" cute.

We should use one of those palettes in the next weekly challenge.

that sounds nice and all, but if someone has no idea how colors work together, their color schemes will be a matter of luck hehe.  I used to just pick random colors and there would always be something off,  not that I always get it right now haha, but at least I studied up a bit.  Anywho.. practicing with preset 'good' palettes is a good idea to just experiment and see how colors relate and such, so I concur with whoever just said there should be a weekly challenge with these soon, that'd be cool :D
