over saturated colors doesn't do any justice for the desing of the pick. also, if you are using a black outline in the cross, why he rest hasn't got one? these gray buttons and the green outline you used blend with the case of the GBA, making them almost invisible. also, the overall jaggyness of the desing its another point that must be fixed.
the readbility of the Gb advance text below the screen is almost zero, specially the advance part of it.
in resume: its all about contrast, saturation and lineart.

You don't need to put multiple sizes- we can click to do that stuff. Also, the pink background is burning out my retinas.
Anyhoo, isn't there some little writing next to the buttons on the left- just a shadow would be fine.

no no no... look, you were wasting colors like mad. you had a new black for every single black piece on the gba, and you've picked a new color every time you had to use.
i told you to discard that green ourilne arround the case of the console, it makes no sense.
i told you to fix the jaggynes of the outlines of the case. but these are still badly shaped, and i find they aren't even simetrical.
ok. i could suggest you a good reading in the tutorial section of the forums, so you can get arround with the basic concepts of saturation and contrast. also, i would recomend you to avoid working on such big pieces untill you can handle the very basics aspects of pixel art.

here's an edit for you. i've just take your palette from 50+ to 20 colors. study it,
