As you can see I use adobe photoshop (cs2). Now when I go to use the magic wand tool, It selects the area that I want it to but it also selects pixels along the outside edge of what I want selected.
 
 
Anyone know how to fix this?

There should be a tolerance option; set that to 0.

Every tool in PS when used is always set to 0

Don't forget to turn off the anti-aliasing too
