Designer to Art Director
You Have:
A strong portfolio
Solid skills in Illustrator and Photoshop
Experienced eye for typography, color, and composition
General understanding of Web site functionality, structure and user interaction
Ability and experience handling a project from conceptualization to completion
Eagerness to push yourself and have fun
You Dont:
Have a sketch attitude or ego
Live outside Los Angeles
A Plus:
Illustration skills
Flash skills
Jr. Level Flash Developer
You Have:
Good base foundation of animation and actionscript
Eagerness to expand your skill set
An eye for detail
Experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS, PHP, and XML driven content
You Dont:
Have a sketch attitude or ego
Live outside Los Angeles
A Plus:
Video Editing, After Effects, 3D, Math/Physics, Audio editing
Sr. Level Flash Developer
You Have:
Advanced knowledge in both animation techniques and action script (AS2-AS3)
Experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS, PHP, XML and Database driven
content
Strong desire to push the limits of new technologies
Personal creativity and attention to detail that you bring to every project
You Dont:
Have a sketch attitude or ego
Live outside Los Angeles
A Plus:
Game Development, Flash Media Server, Flex, Video Editing, After Effects, 3D,Math/Physics, Motion graphics, Audio editing / production
