Haha awesome.
The left tire (to us) seems a bit out of perspective.

I have few to no crits at this point, but wanted to ask: Why are the outlines choppy? Do you have a special method or were they a lineart-exchange type thing?

It's just a kind of selout I use based on Auhron's style. I use darker shades to smooth it out, later on.

Still fixing the wheel, but the one on our right is done :)

The one on the right, I personally think the hair going over the shoulder is highlighted too much/looks like it pops out a bit too much. Otherwise, I think your WiPs look really good. :3

Lookin' good!  I agree that the hair seems a tad out of place in the left portrait--everything else is a very clean cel-style of shading, then the hair is a smooth gradient.  Keep it simple, and it will look great
For the sharkcar, the angle of the wheel toward us seems a little less steep than the car.  It seems like the bulges of the tire closest to us should overlap the ball in the middle very slightly, since it's shorter than the bulges in the back.  Not a lot, just so the circle isn't exactly round, if you understand what I'm saying (the circle itself could probably be a little more ovular).  The back bulges could possibly be a bit shorter to work with the angle a bit.
Hope that helps!

Well generally I split the hair into chunks and shade each as an individual solid, the location of the shadows depending on the shapes and the light source.  Mainly you want to be sure to shade at least one of the sides of the hair sections, not just the top and the bottom, which is what you did.  Also, unless her hair is ending right below her shoulder there, you'll want to extend the light part down past the bottom of the image to show it keeps going down.
