Since my Brawl Charcters din;t work out, i've started a new project.
I am trying to make greenday concert scene with custom made sprites. so far i've got billie joe done.
 ^^I Know He Has No Mouth.

'Cause I smacked it off his face. I think, for a bunch of characters, you should make a base-template first, before creating each character and colouring them in, like you appear to have done here. ------------- |

Well you can edit the base.
Bases are good for keeping things in proportion.
