This is my first time on the forum,
and i hope im posting this in the right place...
so...it goes like this:
I need you to turn my pic to a Pixel:

In the pixel there is no need to be very accurate...
i only need the shape of this fight body.
And i need that you'll make this same pic just another one smaller:
(in this style, but that the figure looking at you, not to the side and his in fight position, and on the bottom side make to the fight a boxer...small pants, and without shoes, if you'll google it "UFC" you'll see what i mean.)

The big and small pic i need in some skin colors (from white to black)
and in the small pic ONLY a different fight body size...(small,medium,big) (height also...)
 
Also i need some kind of hair styles (short style, its a fighter not a lover :-) )
 
And some kings of eyes and eyebrows...
 
The hair eyes and eyebrows need to much the big pic and the small pic
