Hello,

I have a question about printing the Pixel Art.
While making an image you work in 72 pixel\inch, but printers print in 300 pixel\inch.
Should I be worried by that?
Should I change the resolution from 72 to 300 before printing?
How does it affects the image quality?

PS. I've searched this Resources and Support part of the forum using search engine and looking at thread names and I couldn't find answer - that's why I'm asking. Altough if there was such thread - sorry.

if i print something out, I  resize it.  This allows you to actually see the pixels.

graphics gale has a resizing option on the print page.  You can make an image the entire page if desired and there is no distortion.

in photoshop, I zoom in to the desired  size (you must stay in whole number amounts, 200%, 300% etc),  "print  screen",  open a new window,  paste  the  "print screen",  crop, and then print.  This will allow you to print up to any size (as long as its smaller than your monitor).

Any program that uses the Print Common Dialog, ie. MS Paint, is capable of fitting images to pages. It's all in Page Setup.
