Hi Eskiboy,
That such a heavy bomb (almost as big as body) is so light for the bomberman makes him really strong. So add some muscles to show it  In general you must think that movement involves the whole body. But if you want to limit the movement to only the arm the first thing you might want to change is the 'catch-action'. It slows down instead of additional action. Remove frames 10 through 12 to see what I mean.

how about working on some face expression? because actually is quite fine, but flat, uninteresting (and unchallenging)..

lol i took the idea that you said M.E about the bomb being heavy lol and used it in another sense lol and then tryed doing the expression that metaru suggested and here is my result
not smooth i no but lol

The animation is fun, but the bomb animation registers it as being slippery as opposed to it being heavy. Perhaps you could have the bomb pull the character slightly to his left, then have him drop it if you are going for weight. If not I think it actually works great as an Oh sh*t type of response to him just accidently dropping the bomb.
