Hi! I'm Amon and I'm posting this to see if I can get a quote on how much it will cost.

I programmed a game called "Dax Robot and His Robot Factory". If anyone remebers Mr Robot from the C64 which was coded by Ron Rosen then you'll be familier with my Dax Robot game as it's a sort of remake.

The first Dax Robot game was fully programmed by myself and I did all the art and made the music but from what you will see I'm not a good 2d artist.

I did somewhat finish the game though.

Here is what I need for Dax Robot 2.

I need a similar Dax Robot Sprite, animated, 64x64 size with walking, running, dying, teleporting, jumping, standing, electrecuted animations.

I need 4 new types of enemy 64x64 size with dying, teleporting, jumping and shooting animations.

I need platform tiles like stone, fire, ice etc for Dax to walk on but I need them in 2 styles. The first as normal with no gap in the middle and the 2nd with a gap in the middle which will hold the energy star or energiser Dax would need to collect in order to complete the level.

I need teleport effects, shield effects, a title screen, title screen text graphic and some backgrounds.

Basically have a look at the graphics in the download I provided, look them over, have a play of the Dax Robot game and you will get an idea of what I'm after.

I can pay weekly, monthly or half up front and the rest on completion. Need to know how much it will cost first and I want the 2d Artist to be good.

The game will be a commercial game so will go on sale and I will need all rights to the images.

Please post here or email me with your quotes and I will get back to you ASAP with a decision. I will also need to see some of your work.

Finally, as this is not a big rpg job, if you would like to work on the game and get a cut from the sales the that would be fine as it would mean I don't have to shell out hundreds upfront for the job. :)

Thanks! I enjoyed coding it but not so much doing the art. :)

It took a while to finish though and came in at around 3500 lines of code.

I've received some pm's from people regarding working on the second installment of Dax Robot so I will answer them shortly.

Hi All! Thanks for the pm's. I'm just popping in to say that I'm currently reviewing a few peoples quotes for the job. I got quotes ranging from $500 to $800 and the style of art was varying.
