I'm doing a pixel spriting job working on Photoshop.  I've made the 2 frame animations and now I'm supposed to send them "named and indexed to Websafe .bmps".

What does this mean?  How do I do it?

Any help would be great!

And now for something completely different...

I guess it means that you can only use colours from that palette. You might want to talk about this with your employer as I don't think there's any reason nowadays to restrict yourself to web-safe colours.
Named and indexed probably means that you should put the animation name and frame number in the filename. For example, walk0.bmp, walk1.bmp, idle0.bmp, etcetera.
