I need help pixeling a train :(
I've never pixelled anything this way before, and I think I'm doing something wrong. Well, it looks kinda weird anyway.
Here's what I have so far:

I want to keep it simple but I don't want it to look so flat.
Any kind of help would be really appreciated.

(This is my first topic, so sorry if I'm doing it wrong )

Up the contrast it'll add more depth so it's not quite so flat.

Wow that's a lot! Thanks very much for the feedback, I really appreciate it. But I won't be able to use any of that on this train since I've already added many more elements to it and animated it.
But I'll be sure to remember all of your helpful tips in future pixelling! :D
