CHALLENGE: ICON32768

Pearl's story challenge winner http://www.pixeljoint.com/p/2142.htm - M4rsellino challenges you this week to take a new approach to making a war themed icon.
- e.g. helmet, tank, sword, trooper ...

 - Colors: 32 Max
 - Canvas: 32 x 32
 - Transparency: No
 - Animation: No

* 32(color )*32x32 = 32768

CHALLENGE RULES

  • Participants have until this upcoming Sunday at midnight (12AM Pacific) to /pixels/submit_icons.asp'>submit their entry (strict). Don't forget to check the 'Submit to weekly challenge' checkbox.
  • Only new pixels allowed.
  • Open to all members.
  • Posting WIPs in this thread or in new threads in the /forum/forum_topics.asp?FID=8'>WIP section is highly encouraged, but ONLY SUBMIT YOUR FINAL ART.

CHALLENGE JUDGING

  • Every Sunday at midnight (12AM Pacific) the previous week's entries are judged.
  • Every week a new voting poll will be posted for previous week's entries.
  • Winner announced the following week.

CHALLENGE PRIZES/GOODIES

  • Top three finishers will receive an award displayed in your PJ gallery profile for all to see and envy.
  • Top finisher gets to call the following week's challenge...sweet.
  • 'Participation' ribbons will be given for all who enter.
  • No matter what happens you get challenged :)

@ cantdoright, you've submitted a lot of entries (which isn't a bad thing) but i think you should put some more time into the icons, maybe aa it or wateva, but that's just what i think

thing is every time I try to do AA it messes up my art, but the problem is I dont know where to aa. can anyone help me out? also I use paint if that changes anything.

OH MY EYES!!! Okay. Less drama. You could use less brilliant colors.
4 ground: R 0 G 255 B 0 = OH MY EYES
4 ground: R 60 G 200 B 60 = I CAN SEE AGAIN!!!

As long as you follow the rules, like the pixel must be new. You can enter up to 4 pixels a day.

I redid my doomsday button. I'm not sure about the hand, it looks to timid and cautious. Perhaps a large finger is better?

Great work drZ, but I don't like the finger! It is to large, making the button of death and destruction seem meek and wimpy..like a tired old man. I think the best thing would have been a big ugly fist about to pound down on it, maybe with some hair and veins, and give the skin a red tint.

What ever though, whats done is done. Good luck.
