Both authors use flat back ground image, for their platform
games but foreground elements are separate i.e. walls, floor,
characters
Both authors used the same method for the background so it
seemed acceptable to design my game in the same.
The file is now a PNG 8 with 7 colours for this image,
I found out this was recommend format for pixel art from the book
"Character Design for Mobile Devices: Mobile games, sprites and pixel
art" It really brilliant book on pixel art very worth reading!
Look forward your feedback on the 1st image change once this
one ok, I start work on next one.
Thank you for your great help!
