First of all please excuse my english and my grammer.

Well before I talk about the game and what you will need to do I am going to make one thing clear. I am 16 years of age who is doing this game as a hobbie as such I don't have hundreds of pounds to spend on it.

What is Netherworld ?

Netherworld  is my aim at a 2d Online rpg created in vb6. Currently a demo is out which you can download on the forums but I want to do alot more.

My final aim for the game is to implant alot of tatic use into the game. An example of this would giving the choice to destroy a bridge. Destroying it would mean enemys can't get into your town but it also means your town is cut off from the rest of the world.

default features
as this is a very modifyed version of the elysuim source it contains most of the default features such as online, chat, walking, combat e.t.c.

Features
two factions which you are put into depending on many factors for instance player numbers.
Gaurds that will attack enemy factions
Capturable cities
Beast taming
Mini games and Events that expand on the stoyline of the game.

Minor features
Rank system which appear by your name going from Private to Colonel.
Weapon skills.
Class specific skills for instance rangers can hide in long grass.
Tokans and reards - you get tokans by killing players and from events.

What is needed
As you can clearly see from the screenshots we are currently using the rpg maker xp tileset. This needs to change so for the moment your job would be making new tilesets to fit for character sprites of 64 by 32. This job may sound big but its alot smaller as it looks as our maps are only 30 by 30 tiles (one tile is 32 by 32 pixels) and there are currently 19 maps ingame.

Style
I am not to fussed about style so you can choose to do ever cartoony or real like. I would prefer to go with a light pallet unless you going for realsim and it dosn't look... well real. Forgot to mention the tilesets should look like they fit in with the medeival age.

Whats in it for you?
Although I am not paying this job should interest you as it is another thing to add to a resume. Incase I did not not make it clear this would not be a 1 time job thing you would be given staff position (although its not much).

A bit about me
I have experiance with the mirage type engines and as such I know what I am doing. I am not afraid to ask for help when it comes to coding and I am not afraid to put money into the game (thoguh being 16 thats not alot I can put in).
