This company name is not available yet. I am from japan (for some reason this seem unbelievable when I post in forums so check my I.P at anytime), and look for pixel artist to help in making the avatar sprite pixelated. You will work from designs that are drafted by japanese artists, so they will give you a drawn template to follow, and if possible, you make it into a pixel avatar base in the style. One male, one female. Because our artists does not speak english so good you will work with a very good translator if any notes or revisions are asked for. You must be patient with this, and easy to work with. We do not have time for ego. This would be a freelance job to begin with. I would ask to please give me estimates of how much you charge for this work. It will not be a design from scratch, however input or suggestions from the original character drafts is always liked. You will have a contract drafted and translated by Nintendo lawyers, though this is a freelance project and will not have anything to do with this company. It is to assure you that the contract is legally binding, and you know will be compensate and everything is understood. It is a professional endeaver for us.
If your work is liked, and you get along well with international people and asian working mentality, we would love to hire you perhaps over and over for new things. Most likely clothing.
We would love to see examples of your work. I hope I posted this in an understandable way. Thanks very much, Ihope people will be interested.
I must edit this, thisis notfor an old japanese anime named Avatar o_@. Sorry! I did not even think anyone would make that connection x_X. I think the term I didnt know was "Sprite". Also, I am on Tokyo time- so I am 14 hours ahead. Usually when i respond it might be at your night.

Jalonso: Thank you very much for moving this for me. Sorry again.
Elk: Sorry if that a funny sentence to say about ego. We just like to work with as little drama as possible. Also, we pay for not just the art, but to work with the other artist like a good team. When we create a contract to work with someone and pay them for what we need, we expect them to work professionally and work according to the contract term they agree on. That's all I mean. Large egos are not efficient. In a case like this, very unnecessary. So I hope it doesn't scare anyone off we do not want the ego and just a person who works well with the design artist
We look for cute human characters and clothes pixel

An email so you can reply via PM (Private Message)? Surely you can see the error in your statement?

Thanks so muchfor everyone sending the pms. I am back now from going away, and I will go through the portfolios and send some to the artist I work with. This job is not filled yet. Also, please keep in mind that we may need more than one in the future if anyone likes pixelating ( or doesnt mind) clothes based off pre-drawn fashion design lol. So we will need a few days. I will still love to see portfolio just send to my pm. Thanks so much for the response ^^
