Greetings people

With this post, I want to call for pixel artists who are in search of work. We wont pay, because this is only something for fun, but is something every member of the team wants to be finished  dont you all guys want it too?

Ok, youve probably heard of a fangame project self-named Metroid Prime 2d (MP2d) in which we try to recreate the great game, and first 3d game of the metroid series, Metroid Prime, to a 2d game like good ol' school metroids.

Our team consists of non-professional people who are doing this, as I said, for fun. The team is named "SCU team" after the forums that give us a warm place. We also have this objective to make everything from scratch, so our game is 100% original.

The list of sprites is very long, but very much has been done. We mostly need backgrounds and objects, which I believe, is somethin easy to do, seeing as they require no animation. It should be fun for anyone who wants to try it. I assure you.

This is a mock-up that lets you have a taste of how the game will look:

If you would like to help us, come to our hosted subforum in the forum:

For more information about our project, visit our page:

There, you can find everything about us. From Physics demos, to sprite examples.

If you need help on something, my account in the forum above posted is Slothien483.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Cool idea and it looks like you're getting along pretty good so far. I haven't played any of the new games, but I'm a huge fan of the NES game.  If only I had some spare time.   Good luck finding help.
