I've been working on a homebrew game for the Gameboy Advance off and on for a while now, and I'm trying to get some decent gfx in it. My drawing skills are pretty poor, here's a screenshot from the game with all the art done by me:

Now, a little while ago, someone offered to help draw new graphics, and he did a ton of great work for me. However, he was doing it in his spare time, and he ended up disappearing (joined the army or something like that). And I just need a few tiny more sprites in order to have a full set to replace my old sprites.
Since it's such a small amount I need done, and it's a hobby project, I can't really offer any money. But if someone were to want to do more than just this one sprite, I could probably send a few bucks (like in the range of $20-$50, totally not what you're worth I'm sure). Right now I just want to finish his animation, but in the future I'm sure I could use a bunch more art for the game.
Anyway, what I need right now is to finish the animation of my main character. There are three main animations he needs: 1. Walking 2. Jumping 3. Casting a spell (arms straight forward, like shooting a fireball or something) Three static frames were drawn, but no animations. The animation is what I need for the game to look normal. Or if you want to completely redraw him, that's fine too .
Here's the images I have so far: (magnified 4x for easier viewing)

They are pretty small, they need to fit inside a 16x32 area (due to GBA hardware limitations...also my coding limitations )
And here's a mockup of his art so you can get an idea of the style it fits in with:

Thanks for reading my long post and thanks for any help
PS: If you want to play the game (with the old art, the new art version isn't finished yet) , you can download it here: http://davr.org/wizards/ - http://davr.org/wizards/ -- You'll need either a GBA flashcart to play it on your GBA/DS, or you can play it on your PC with an emulator like VisualBoyAdvance.
