Hello all,

Im working on a mass multiplayer online game built with flash. Almost everything in the game will be in pixelgraphic. It would be great to get some feedback from you pixelpros on the stuff i'v made this far.

You can try it out here: http://blog.bombwar.com - http://blog.bombwar.com

And here are some of the tiles (I was thinking of adding more if this gives me some good feedback :))

I like it, it's looking great. :]

Though not a fan of the non-pixel art explosions.
But I'll get over it. <3

Really?
But all your stuff is awesome. :(

What you have done on the nuclear silos.
It makes it look gritty.
Metal is more.

But don't go putting a gradient on it, do the base grey then the shades and counter shade, then the highlight.

Some updates,

here is the silos before and after, as you said it looks much better now, thanks :)

Some more tiles:

I just included 3 rows, the real one has 10 to get some variation. I'm planing on adding some more cracks to them, as shown in the red rectangle.

Here is the animated oilstation.

and here the roofanimation. Do someone know of a fast "make animated gif" program? thats fast and easy to use.

I used graphics gale for animation, but I'm not sure if the free version even allows for gif saving.

Very nice update on the silo, you figured it out quick. :]

Faaaaantastic improvement on the metal of the rockets!

Your iso circles are still off, though, and it's causing your rockets to look flatter than they need be.

ISO PEOPLE! Show him how to make nice iso circles plx! I'm too nub and can only do it by eyeball, not by math.

Those new metal objects are much better ^^
I use Gif Movie Gear to animate, you can use it with clipboard or single images or a filmstrip.

Yes, can someone show me how? or point me to some tutorial?

I will try out the programs, if they are freeware :)

The sprites for the bomb explosions are awesoms. Lol. Especially the first few slides where the center lights up. Looking forward to your online game!

Great stuff (cept NPA explosions).

iso circles half the height as the width less 26.5%  < trust me, it looks best if not true.
