I'm not good enough to comment on the pixel side but from the view of a everyday person I think the foot looks kinda weird. It just seems way too rounded on the back. An example of what I think it should look more like.

you main problem is basically anatomy. if your character isnt made of jelly, then you need to give him bones, a structure, etc. if you're aiming for a humanoid look, then use a human reference for this. and if you cant find the exact same pose, then you can always use multiple references to complete the image. for example, the torso resembles a swimmer, while the lower is a basic walking stance.

Thanks for the tips but at this point could you point out what is mainly wrong on the anatomy? and since it was an alien i thought it didn't look that bad.
but i am here for critics so yup.
