i'm new and im enjoying the site. however when i decided to contribute it says i can as my piece needs revision. saying its a copy. a copy of what i drew every single pixel on the picture from my head so i was wondering if a moderater or someone can tell what to do or fix this i would appreciate it thanks

Your piece was sent back for revision as it was considered not pixel art. You must make sure you place every pixel one at a time by hand. Also, the use of any 'dirty tools' such as 'burn', 'dodge', 'blur etc...' are not acceptable. Nor is the use of semi transparency. These tools are considered 'dirty' as they take the control of the pixel placement away from the artist and instead place it in the hands of the computer.

What if the semi-transparency was done by hand? like, a sprite which fades to transparent, sort of like the guilty gear special effects?

I don't mean like overlaying your piece with a transparent fill to change colors, I mean actual hand placed semi-transparency on a blank background?

I did a piece like that a long time ago, and was thinking of posting it.

those partial transparent pixels are indeed allowed, in the conext of a game. however, for the gallery they are not.
