good start. I am actually happy to see that somebody is drawing in all the muscles before proceeding. few people do extensive anatomy sketching. The knees are kind of weird, imo. everything else looks ok. |

is it just me or do the arms seem a wee bit short.. maybe when it's shaded it'll look more like it's bending forward.. yeah, bad word choice, but I can't explain it better heh.. His knees also seem too small, I realise the muscles are bulky, but those knees (especially his right - our left) don't look like they can hold much longer Another thing, for a really realistic body, his head looks too anime, yeah it's not detailed yet, but I just wanted to mention that... That's all the cc I could think of... interesting pose you did |

A really good resource to help when drawing or pixeling a human body or anatomy is to check out some bodybuilder magazines. There are a few muscles that are missing or are misrepressented. It took me a little while to learn where and what certain muscles are in the human anatomy, but it all pays off. :D ------------- "At least we killed some boredom..." - Death Note. |

| I don't know much about placement of muscles and that sort of thing, but some of the propotions is off. The arms are too short. They usually go a little past the middle of the hips. The pelvis seems to be a bit high up compared to the head size. You usually have three heads distance from the bottom of the head to the pelvis. The legs are too short too. The bottom of the knees is two heads under the pelvis, now it's just about one head. |
