Hi everyone at Pixel Joint I have submitted a pixelart twice, first time I got rejected I found out that I had accidently forgot to make the background transparent and I fixed it and reuploaded it.

Then it got rejected again, I looked through the rules to check if I broke any of them.

My Pixelart:

First I though, it is probably not a good enough quality, but then I saw this piece.

It isn't to say that his is bad, but I can't see how mine is worse so I guess that isn't the rule I broke.

Now the only issue I can see left is rule 3: No pornography.

But I can say that there is a big diffirents from pornography and nudity! Mine doesn't even have any pornographic items displayed.

Please tell me why my submission can't get through, thanks.

First of comparing art is never productive and a terrible habit.
Everyone is unique and comparisons are ultimately unfair to yourself.
We never judge pixelart on content/style/appearance. This is personal and unique and beyond judgement (or at least, we try to, unless its B.O.B.s pixel which are total crap.)

We judge all pixelart on established pixelart techniques alone. Your man was zoomed, inspected and analized before sending back. The comparison you make is terribly unfair because while it may 'look' simple, that art you show is 'well pixeled'. The lines are clean, the colors are used minimally and with enough level of precision.
Your piece is cartoony (we don't care about that) and the nudity in this case means nothing since there is no vulgarity which is what we mean by 'pron' when we send something back for that reason.
The problem with your character is ALL about technique. Most troblesome is that you have semi-transparent pixels all over the place. A complete and totally huge color palette most of which do not 'add' anything. The line quality is sloppy and for something this small, inexcusable.

I truly hope you don't find this as a personal attack in any way. Hopefully, you will see that the comparison you made is unfair to Cone's pixel.

You can express yourself in whatever way you desire and it is encouraged that you do so. You must however make pixelart using the right tools and techniques which include many and don't forget file output too, the cause of the semi-transparent pixels.
