I'm starting to work on pixeling, and... ugh. I don't think I'm very good. XD
I was attempting to make a baggy-ish shirt, and this is what became of it:

Any C+C is appreciated. <3

Sorry if double-posting's not allowed, but I'd just like to bring my thread up. Still looking for C+C. <3

In this case you are overdoing the dithering too much, me thinks.

Yeah, I think I have a problem with that. I always over-dither. D:
Could you show me an example of how I'd go about fixing it? I tried reducing the dithering and it started to look an awful mess.

i tihnk 1 problem is you used the same color for dithering and non dithering, i think the non dithering color should be a bit darker then the color you used for dithering.

Your pixel is using 25 colors. You have so many variations of the same colors you don't need any dithering at all. It seems from looking at it very close while making the edit below, that you suffer from a common disorder; you are working on the pixel level and lose contact with the overall picture and in an effort to 'bring it to life' overcompensate by over dithering and over coloring in an effort to smooth things out. For example the eyes are waaaaaaaay overcolored and 2-3 colors are used there that are not used elsewhere. If you don't have the ability to have 2 windows open of the same art (1 at 100% and the other 800% + then zoom back to 100% often to keep yourself in check. Less is more
