Two things that really bothering me:
1. (main thing for which I need suggestions) How to draw hands (fingers) in relatively same position, with same amount of colors, but less jaggy?
2. (it bothers me a lot less) How many pixels should be between island block and 15M/NEW block? Also how many pixels should be between big NEW and 15M and between 15M and big white speech bubble? To me it seems quite right.

Good luck with that.

I'd suggest make the top of the bathing suit look a little less geometric ya know? like give the inside part a little curve??

I suck at this stuff so don't take that to heart, its just a little observation

the thing that bothers me most is the difference in stile between her relativly smooth arms to her bulky legs. the fingers you might be able to smoothen out with some midtones, a bit of AA perhaps, but that might also contast too much with the overall style. to be honest. i'd only touch up the legs a litle bit (no pun, seriously) because right now they are just too bulky, otherwise i'd say it looks done

Thanks! But I decided for this picture to make it as angular as possible, so where it is possible and it doesn't make it look too worse - it's 45 or 90 degrees.

You mean curves/angles here or volume?

wel both the angle and the distribution of volume. it looks like it's in an entirely different style then her arms. her arms are still pretty angular but they are much smoother (they curve more and the thus the ditibution of volume does not result in awkward 'bulks' as it does onn her legs). i'd say either angularize her arms some more (which would be a shame, cause their really good) or smoothen out those legs.

and by the way, you really like to pixel humongous breasts don't you... holy cow those are huge (not saying it's a bad thing)

Hmm... I'll try to change left (to us) leg because I'm not too satisfied with that. But I don't want to lose volume+angularity (I feel that it looks quite dynamic) and black space between legs (it gives contrast and adds to readability). Anyhow, thanks!

Still need suggestions on fingers.

- Changed shading of right (to her) leg - now it's closer to reality;
- Made all lenghts between mention blocks equal - 5 pixels (same as interlineage in 'NEW WAVE');
- Changed left (to her) hand - still looks strange. Is it possible to make it better without additional colors? This (hands/fingers) bothering me most, so suggestions are welcome.

hmm. you could try anti-aliasing with the highlight color (for the hand). if you do it to one you might have to do it to the other, but thats only a maybe, depends on how it looks. though i don't know if you'd want to anti-alias. it could also make the hand look fat-ish.

I don't want to use any additional colors, so AA probably will not do. At least with outside it will not do in any way - because of said angular shapes.

Problem is in contrast with black - fingers look like stairs or needles. At the same time it is possible to reduce this effect (like in right (to her) hand), but to meit was random and I don't understand if there's any logic behind it or not.

true. Earlier I had been messing with the first one you posted trying stuff and it seemed to work,aside from fatness, but i see your problem.

what is this for anyway?

Nothing in particular. I started it just like regular drawing. Now I think maybe to make it into a banner for podcast. I need to make podcast first, though.

haha. I would listen. I like this. and the style. Did you do the lettering, otherwise, what font? I like it.

I draw fonts from scratch everytime, hence such strange text - it's compiled from the same letters. But I want to make several fonts in near future (will be glad for suggestions of font programs) because drawing whole sentences in MS Paint is very boring.

I decided to finish the piece, it is here:
