I'm pretty sure she has exactly 32 colors including transparency... but if anyone else wants to count, go ahead.
I'd like help correcting the metal and hair shading... but whatever you want to point out is fine.

Hmm, well first of all, if it wasn't for her chest, I wouldn't of guessed she was a girl

I can't really help you with shading cause i'm learning myself, but good luck with the piece.

Really interesting character.  I like her hair and the way you shaded it; very smooth.  I know it's too late to change the shape of her body, but the way you've drawn it isn't very feminine.  She should have more curves; round out those hips, widen the chest out (those breasts are uncomfortably close together).  Also, her face is a little too long and narrow and ends up looking more young male than feminine.  BUT that's not what you asked about :D

I think I would cut out on the dithering.  I've learned the hard way that you shouldn't use dithering unless you know what you're doing.  Plus it really doesn't look good on skin, which is supposed to look smooth and somewhat shiny, rather than speckly.  I'm thinking you could cut down on some of the red colors you used, as well.

One more tip.  I feel like the piece could use more contrast.  It's got kind of a flat and dull feeling right now. This is especially true about the hair and metal parts; those are always more contrasty because they're shiny.

By the way, I'm totally digging that necklace.  You did an awesome job doing it so small.

I like the "wrong" face. It may be a tad mannish, but I find it's a nice change from all the hyperfeminine anime-type stuff.

[EDIT] Though it's kind of spoiled by the extreme-lift'n'separate-silicone-heaven-plastic-fantastic boobs :/
