I decided it's better to have people correct my mistakes when I don't think I'm finished :)

Basically looking for any critiques of improving likeness, colours and rendering. etc.

I believe you need more contrast and less red in the skin tones. Also, I don't think the texturing on the forehead near the hairline looks good. I'm not sure why you put that there.
Aaaand, the wrinkles on his neck make him look considerably more aged than the reference. ------------- |
