I've searched around, but I can't find a drawing tablet under $30.
I'd prefer it to be cordless and have a rechargeable stylus, but I know that's unlikely in my price range.
I may spend up to $40 if the tablet is worth it, I don't have much money to throw around.

I dont know man. My tablet is the cheapest one I could find over here, it has batteries (Never had to change them though and I have had the thing for over an year), and was R$200,00, which I think it around 80-120 dollars. I dont think you will find a tablet for that price. But who knows, maybe they arent as expensive over there.

http://www.newegg.com/ - Newegg or http://slickdeals.net/ - Slickdeals

I got my tablet for $40, when it's normally around $150.
