Purpose of the site is to promote your website by displaying your 88x31 banner.

We are in need of an 88x31 PIXEL banner. I absolutely love pixel art, and I know someone could make a snazzy one

Description of what is needed:
  1. Pixel cloud(s)
  2. The words "The Web Tower"
  3. Light blue background (matching the site)
  4. Whatever else you might find necessary
  5. Animated is a plus, but not necessary



EDIT: I made one for myself (my pixel art is not that great ) but if you can make one better than me, PLEASE let me know.

I don't know a good price on this. $2.50?

To give you an idea of a price range for that type of art, for several years I drew 32x32 pixel-art icons for a website at the rate of $18 each.

There are really no standards (as far as I know), but to get a decent quality piece of art I'd guess you'd have to offer at least $20. That would be my personal minimum.

But like I said, there are no standards so don't take my word for it.
