I need help about the anatomy and line art.
When I make my characters they tend to be disproportionately of real people. How can i train this?
And my line art alway like be crap, my motor coordination like be a baby coordination. how can i train that too?

Asking that was the first step: congrats!

Practice, practice, practice, and practice! There's no magic, it just takes work and time.

Anatomy is not the easiest part (I can't help you with it!), maybe you should start by drawing simple things and leave the human body for later.

Draw on paper, from life (not from photographs), things just as they are, everything around you: your room, your pets, your city,  landscapes, still lifes, etc. Don't try to make it nice, but make it true. Do it all the time and everywhere, have a sketchbook with you at all times. Draw the same things again and again until your hand knows them. Experiment with light, understand how it works. Photography can help you there.

Search the forums, here and http://www.wayofthepixel.net/pixelation/index.php - there , there are a lot of highly interesting threads. Find tutorials, but don't expect too much from them.

i'll try draw all what i see but the paper's im my house are hard to be found xD.
ok ok.
Practice and practice but for now i'll practice a little of isometric is just more simple.
