It's hard to say. What were you shooting for? If this is meant to be a sphere, and not a flat disc, you might do well to make the shadow more follow the curve of the surface, rather than just the sides of the shape. Maybe http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/20764.htm - this example of a pixel coconut could help you. I'd also suggest to draw/doodle on paper first, experimenting with various lights. |
