 A very unfinished WIP... And I have less than 24 hours to finish it (don't ask >.>). I've speeded up my process a bit, so I may miss a lot of things. Any suggestions on how to make the teacup look more realistic (i still have to add the handle ^^; ) are especially appreciated. (I understand that I've probably used too much colors at this point, and will probably use a lot more. Limiting palettes is not a strong point of mine). That said, any feedback would be great. Thanks in advance. <3 |

I'm very annoyed by ... the teapot being tilted towards the poor unsuspecting girl who'll get a scalding in the next few seconds. Shading on the cup looks wrong, the left side should be lightest, or at least the facing side; the right side should be darker, and has no reason to be lighter at the top than the bottom. And yes, too many colors... I guess she's trying to catch the teabag, but it looks like she's releasing it. Looks good overall. |

 All devices in this pixel art have been tested and proven safe ;D Why should the left side be lightest? I tried to set my light source at top right. I hope none of the areas are shaded against this. But, ah, I am sleepy and my brain is not functioning properly... I fixed the cup over the past few hours, though. So I hope that looks somewhat better. Thank you for the feedback. <3 |
